To answer your first question, it will be very difficult for you finding work without being in Spain, unless you are affiliated with a placement program (from your TEFL training). I\'d definitely try to find work on your visitors visa. But you will probably have to settle for illegal work, at first, anyway.
You definitely have a lot to your advantage. Spain has great relations with Argentina and Australia, so they\'ll love your passport status. You have a hightened knowledge of business and finance AND you work in the travel industry. All very good qualities that Spain looks for in an English teacher. I think you\'ll do great. Research as much as you possibly can now, make as many contacts as you can now and once you\'re there, MEET MANY PEOPLE and network yourself! That\'s your best bet.
