For those of you interested, Madrid’s most popular bar scene is of an Irish persuasion, as in pubs and Guinness, and the like. Considering that Spain’s northern history has its roots in Celtic origins, there’s no wonder that Irish pubs are so popular here among Spaniards. So, before believing that Spain’s hip crowd of night-lifers goes out flamenco dancing and drinking sangria ‘til the wee hours of the morn’, check out these hot spots on your next visit to Madrid:

Let\\\'s not forget the gay part of Madrid, CHUECA and all the colorful clubs that it has to offer. A good place to dance and hear great music.
