my partner and i are looking to sub-let our apartment through july and perhaps august. the apartment is a recently renovated one bedroom piso in lavapiés, fully furnished and close to the metro, supermarket, bars, cafes etc. it would ideally suit a couple or folks doing a teacher training course. rent is 700euros/mes.
