Cool Message board for Offering classses!

Personally I am not huge on the shopping at the [!-- BBCode u2 Start --][A HREF=\"http://www.mdf.es\" TARGET=\"_blank\"]\\\"Mercado de Fuencarral\\\"[/A][!-- BBCode u2 End --] (Calle Fuencarral #45), although they have some cool stuff, it is VERY expensive and a bit too \\\"hip\\\" for its own good but I have to hand it to them for the message board they have on the second floor ([!-- BBCode u2 Start --][A HREF=\"http://www.multimadrid.com/grfx/stuff/mercado_fuencarral_board.jpg\" TARGET=\"_blank\"]CLICK HERE FOR THE PHOTO[/A][!-- BBCode u2 End --]).

I was in there today visiting a client and I discovered the board, it is probably one of the bigger ones around and rivals even the one at the [!-- BBCode u2 Start --][A HREF=\"http://www.multimadrid.com/grfx/travel_agencies/tive.jpg\" TARGET=\"_blank\"]TIVE student travel agency[/A][!-- BBCode u2 End --] in Moncloa.

The board has loads of info from concert tickets for sale to classes offered. I saw loads of ads for English classes that teachers posted, probably a good idea since the market is heavilty trafficked  [IMG SRC=\"images/forum/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif\"]

Thanks for the info Jer...If anyone would know where all the cool message boards in Madrid would be, it\\\'s you.

When i was living in Paris the American Church was well known for its HUGE message boards...does anyone know of any place like that??? Maybe at Schiller U. or Saint Louis U??

Well, it´s not a cool message board, but it´s also worth checking out the WANTED boards that are in supermarkets -- especially Champion and Eroski. Some Carlin stationery shops also have message boards. Unfortunately, the Champion message boards often don´t have the specific pink pieces of paper that you´re supposed to post messages on, so if the store is quiet, and you ask nicely, they may let you just stick it up with some tape.    Try to avoid internet cafés like Vortex -- it seems like everyone in Madrid advertises there!
