Help Needed - Info on British MOT

I have a British registered car in Orgiva ,Spain which I had to leave there last summer when I returned to the UK. Since then, the MOT has expired .  Can anyone tell me how I can get the Spanish equivalent without a valid British MOT certificate.  I am returning to Spain in October to live.  Any advise please  Jo

You\'ll have to go to your National Police, not the local ones.  Register the car on foreign plates, then you can get the Spanish MOT.  To get that done which has to be done for any car over 3 years (the same as UK) you pay at your local CAM bank and book it in.  I can\'t remember how much it is but it\'s way less than at home.[addsig]
