Need a flat January 2004

Hola,
I am looking for an appartment (or a room) in Madrid available In January 2004.  My boyfriend and I are moving from the U.S. to spain and are trying to secure some accomodations (early, I know........) If you have any leads please let me know!  Sublets, flat shares, etc. etc.
