I don't know whether you are familiar with the North American Language and Culture Assistants program (http://www.educacion.gob.es/eeuu/convocatorias-programas/convocatorias-eeuu/auxiliares-conversacion-eeuu.html), but that would be a good route to consider since it doesn't require a degree or experience in education. Through it, you can end up just about anywhere in Spain, though you have some control over the region. I would research that pretty closely, there has been word that some of the regions are paying their expats with considerable delay. Other than that, the program sounds pretty great, you get good teaching experience, you have the opportunity to get to know a lot of other expats so you won't feel like the complete foreigner, and you get to make some money that you can use to travel around Europe or whatever else you want to do.

Other than that, you could look into earning a TEFL certificate and looking for a teaching job in Spain with that on your CV. Also, I know Erasmus Mundus has a pretty good I/O Psychology masters program in Valencia, so maybe that's something that would interest you for the future. Best of luck!
