Admitada
« on: November 17, 2011, 09:26:14 PM »
How do i check if im admitada? And what does that even mean in terms of where i am at currently? Because i uploaded everything (passport foto id page, letter of Rec., Statement of Purpose, academic transcripts) and i mailed the app (signed and dated) to Miami along with the original letter of rec just for safe measure.

It will change to register on your account and then it will almost immediately change to "admitada" afterward. Your stuff must be sitting on someone's desk. It takes about a week for them to get everything set on their end (from what I've seen...).

I'm wondering the same thing- I log in to Profex but I don't know where exactly to look to see what my current status is. Any advice?

Thanks :)

I click on "2012 - Auxiliares de conversación extranjeros en España" to log on.  Once you've logged on in the first row under your name in the second column is your "Estado" (which would be "inscrita", "admitada" or "registrada" at this point)

registrada means that they received your hard copies and haven't began to process them, or that they processed your hard copies and are still missing your letter of recommendation.
