The flat is big and spacious besides the Park. You can even notice that the air is fresher and cleaner there. Great for jogging, doing sports or go for a walk. The room has high ceilings, and is completly furnished but if you want to add some furniture there is no problem.
The room is going to a patio but bright at day specially at morning and midday time. Currently there are living three sympatic girls. They all speak spanish, german and english. The additional costs are 55 euro ( at winter time we add 6 euro for the central heating but only till april ) The bills include water, electricity, gas, administration fees for the building, interner wireless flatrate and telephone flatrate for national spanish phones.
The deposit is the amount of one month (420)
The location of the flat is very good. in front of the house you will find buses to the city centre so you can be in 5 minutes at the hot spots from Madrid like Gran Via, etc. Next Metro station is called ibiza. The district is one of the savest in Madrid and you have got all quiete close like supermarkets, fresh fruit markets, health care center, shops, restaurants and bars.
