re-entering Spain after 3 months - ATTENTION to all non-eu or american

Guys, ok we got it, 3 months in Spain then you have to leave for another 3 months before come back, but what if:



 What if i enter Spain one month after i left it? What if i\'m not an american or EU citizen?



PLEASE IF YOU ARE NOT AMERICAN OR EU CITIZEN and have info on this let me know. I got it that if i\'m an american i will have no prob, but what if i\'m not??
