can a non-native english speaker teach english?

hola a todos!



i\'m a filipina student currently in spain, taking my masters in the university of seville. as my classes are in the afternoon, i was thinking of getting a part-time job in the mornings or even on my free days off from school. i was thinking of teaching english, coz i don\'t know what else i can do. although i\'m not a native english speaker, i\'ve been speaking english since i was 5; as english is our second language back home. is there any prejudice or biases towards non-native english speakers like me? also must i have a TEFL license to teach here in seville?
