do you need a room in Madrid?

We are three girls looking for someone to share a room in our flat. 104 m, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.In metro Principe Pio( 10 minutes walking to Plaza España and 20 minutes to Puerta del Sol).

304 Euros including central heating.
