I am hoping to rent my flat from September 2009. It is located near two metro stops and a tram stop. About 20 minutes from the city centre. On a pedestrian road so no traffic noise, all amenities close by. The flat has been recently refurbished and the kitchen and bathroom are brand new (new fridge, oven, washdisher). It has got 2 bedrooms a double room and a single but spacious room, living room, bathroom and kitchen. The building has a lift and the flat it's on the 4th floor and it has quite a lot of light. I am renting the flat with all bills included: water, electricity, gas, Internet and the price is 850 all inclusive.
