North American Language & Culture - PROFEX AYUDA

Hi Everyone,

I noticed that some people were having the same problem with PROFEX...I'm not able to access my application - The message I keep getting is:

Mensajes producidos por la última operación:

Operación no efectuada. Existe otro usuario con el mismo correo electrónico que usted ha introducido.

I made sure to enter the program through the "Mantenimiento CV" and not "Auxiliaries"...And - I'm still not able to access the app. I'm just about done and ready to INSCRIBIR.

Courtney,

When you initially registered in the system, did you use your Passport number as your log-in, or did you create username?

When I first registered, I entered a username into that field instead of my Passport number.  This proved to be a mistake because once I entered my Passport number while filling out the CV, the system changed my log-in to my Passport number and I had to use that to log-in from then on.  I was getting the message you describe above before I figured this out.

I'm not sure if this is your problem, but perhaps by some luck it is!

that happened to me too. the ministry of ed in D.C. made a PDF with instructions. After following them, I was able to submit so you may find it helpful. I posted the link to the pdf on my blog under the "resources and forums" page. check it out. valdoesespana.blogspot.com
