Unfortunately I'm pretty sure that your spouse couldn't get a working visa through you if you're on a student visa and you and your spouse are non-EU. Your best bet would probably be for your spouse to also apply for a student visa, either as a student at a Spanish language school, a student in a university program, or a language assistant. (That last option is great if s/he is a native English or French speaker, since you're actually working and earning money.... but you probably know that if this is the kind of program you're planning to do.) I've heard that it's possible to work a certain amount of hours on a student visa, though this might depend on whether you're an actual student or a language assistant. (I've heard that university students can work a certain amount of hours, whereas language assistants can't, but I don't have proof so it may just be a rumor.) Contacting an immigration lawyer could be helpful, but personally I tend to avoid that sort of thing since often you can find the same information out for free if you dig a little. Good luck!
