I am the landlady of a nice apartment, situated just in the city centre of Barcelona, in 1-2 minutes walking to Las Ramblas and to Barceloneta beach. I give my apartment for daily rent. The reservation and the preview of apartment are for free and the rental payment has to be done only at the moment of checking in to the apartment.

The price is 25 euros/night for renting just a room in my apartment (and share the apartment with me), including payment for all public utilities, towels/bed linen/plates&dishes and the price of renting all my apartment (i will not live in the apartment during your rental term) is from 60 euros/night, including payment for all public utilities, towels/bed linen/plates&dishes.
