We rent a bright sunny and completely furnished room + a little office, in our flat in Eixample Esquerra in Barcelona . The period goes from last week af August to the end of December with some flexibility. The flat is on the 5th floor with elevator and is fully equipped with everything you need to live comfortably (washing machine, fridge, TV, ADSL internet and wifi, land line, many nice plants
and is to be shared with one other person only (an English girl). The flat has a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage room, two bedrooms and an office. Pics are in attachment.
We are looking for a trustworthy person (or a couple), serious and responsible, who needs to spend a time in Barcelona. The flat offers all the advantages of a home plus an independent space (not shared with the other flatmate) to be used as a private office, which makes it ideal for someone who is attending a Master Course, doing research or an internship. The flat is quiet and sunny, centrally located, well connected (M¨Hospital Clinic and various bus lines), with plenty of facilities nearby (supermarket, gym, post office etc).
The price is 550€/month + one month deposit. Expenses are of about 35€/month/person and include water, gas, electricity, Internet ADSL and land line with national calls.
