I post this here not to kill my business-- I realize people will do what they want to do--but to caution those of you who are not serious risk-takers.

Since Sept 11 the world is a different place. So please, people, take your risks with both your head and your heart.

There are NEW laws on the table as far as non-EU citizens teaching English are concerned. The need to learn English is HUGE and Spain must open up its immigration laws to include Americans and Canadians and Australians etc. KEEP THAT IN MIND and don\\\'t lose hope. In fact, Ireland is hurting badly for Irish nationals that they might just give you an Irish passport if you have a bit of Irish in you! Read it in

At any rate...where there\\\'s a will, there\\\'s a way. Just be SMART  ;-)

Tracy,

Thank you so very much for saying this.  I am saddened by the number of people who just go to Spain just to get there without realozing the consequences of their actions.  It\\\'s such a shame.

I will go the legal route and will sell myself as best I can when I go there this summer.  I am determined to have a contract in my hand before I leave.  I have to pray, give thanks to the ancestors and stay positive.

I tell all that want to go to Spain, please stay focused and don\\\'t let anyone stop you from realizing your dreams.  Don\\\'t worry so much about the work visa.  Just remember that all will work out with hard work and determination.

Remember . . .

Love your heart . . . More than the lungs that breathe life . . . more than that privates that give life . . . love your heart, for this . . . this . . . is the prize.

Good luck.  In the province of Bizkaia they won´t even process your paperwork for a work visa if you have no family members that are spanish citizens.  They wouldn´t even [!-- BBCode Start --]give me [!-- BBCode End --] the paperwork for a work visa because there was no posibility.

The shaking head is how I feel right now, for I won\\\'t let anyone or anything stop from going back to Spain.  I have 5 backup plans and will put all of them in motion before I leave.

If you face an obstacle, shake your head, and move on with the next plan.  Don\\\'t let anyone dictate your life to you and what you can and can\\\'t do.

Stay strong and keep your head to the sky.

A blessed day to all . . .
