Hola everyone,
I just thought I\'d pass this along...as I just recently purchased (less than two months ago) a new laptop and all-in-one printer etc, I was trying to find out about power sources, conversion etc. and even though I was given most excellent advice from members of this board, I\'m stubborn. I have a Lexmark X125, so I called Lexmark, and even they said I\'d be better off leaving my printer behind and buying a new one when when I get to Spain...I asked if they had any products that were dual compatable like my laptop is....they did find two printers but I still wasn\'t satisfied. [IMG SRC=\"modules/phpBB_14/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif\"] So I checked their UK site and asked the US customer service person "Ain\'t that a witch, your UK web site sells the exact same all-in-one Lexmark 125 except it\'s twice what I paid for mine?" [IMG SRC=\"modules/phpBB_14/images/smiles/icon_eek.gif\"] Then I received a phone call back from Lexmark saying "yes your printer can handle both voltage and wattage currents" and all I have to do is buy a generic power cable from the store in the country that I\'m moving to.
So how \'bout them apples? [IMG SRC=\"modules/phpBB_14/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif\"] A little investigation and perseverance goes a long way [IMG SRC=\"modules/phpBB_14/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif\"] So I thought if anyone else found themselves in a similar predicament that my little story would be useful.
Salud! [IMG SRC=\"modules/phpBB_14/images/smiles/icon_beer.gif\"]
