HOw do I ship my luggage from Paris???

Hello there,



Please help me. As you know I am finally moving to Madrid, and one more time I need your advise.  My friends and I are flying to Paris, then we go to London, Barcelona, Sevilla, Granada and finally my maravilloso Madrid.  I am loaded with luggage. You know how girls are. Have tons of clothes than combine with shoes, purses, etc., etc., etc.. Anyhow, I was wondering if there is a safe and cheap way to send my luggage from Paris to Madrid. Gosh, i never thought of it Florecita. YOu may want to ask once you arrive. There are int\'l moving companies, but that\'s very expensive. I am drawing a blank! Anyone else solve this mystery???

Hi there, yeahhh i can imagine how many clothes you have brought - girls.....

Anyway, what i would suggest ya is :



1. Depends on how many luggage you have and how much money about to spent on it, but: Going to the post office and packing everything that you don´t need and sending it via ground mail + insurance (cheapest and most secure). Don´t forget the insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Either if you choose air or ground mail, the insurance is a must. I suggest you ground cause, France and Spain are close, plus i don´t think you need them as fast as possible in Madrid, so save on time and spent on kilos.



2. You can always go and ask some Air company flying from Paris to Madrid to get your luggage by charging you for the service. There is always place on the airplain. But, after 09.11 i don´t know if this is allowed, but check it out.



3. You can check out for train from Paris to Madrid, i have no idea if there is any, but if there is, you surely can loadup your luggage there for a small fee.
