opening my own school?

After working in private schools for 5 years,  (or 7 if you count 2 years i did in France) i think i'm more than ready to open my own school.
  At the moment it's no more than an idea 'cos I don't have any capital, but  next year I think I might make some serious money doing only private classes in my flat.  From that, it's a small step to getting a place and employing other teachers.  
I don't see why my boss should be getting 15 euros an hour from every student in the class while she only pays me 8 euros!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd be interested in hearing from anybody who has done the same thing,  with success or failure, and can tell me any of the pitfalls I should be careful of.

After some careful reconsideration of my future goals, I have decided not to enroll full time in a Spanish University, but to enroll in an American university and spend as much time as possible on a study abroad program in Spain. I have also decided that I don't think I want to teach English in a university once I graduate, but instead start my own business so that I can do translations and give private English lessons.
